Limited release high rye Bourbon.
A harmonious blend of corn, Colorado malt, and Colorado heirloom rye makes this a truly exceptional whisky. It is distilled in our handmade copper still and aged for at least three years in new, 53-gallon American Oak casks. Showcasing the trademark black cherry notes of high-country rye from the San Luis Valley alongside a classic bourbon sweetness, this is a whisky with unmistakable character. As with our flagship malt, all bourbon whisky is bottled as a single barrel expression.

MINT SOUR
5 medium-sized mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz bourbon
Mint sprigs garnish
Add mint leaves to bottom of old fashioned (rocks) glass, add simple syrup, and muddle. Add lemon juice and bourbon. Top with ice until liquid reaches rim; top with mint garnish.
