We followed our palate. Tasting countless Bourbons, Master Distiller Craig Engelhornfound ONE that he fell in love with. Then he had the crazy idea to bring that Bourbon home to Colorado for finishing in freshly emptied barrels of our award-winning Spirit Hound American Single Malt Whisky. Time and our Colorado climate did the rest, giving this fantastic Bourbon a “Spirit Hound Soul”. Aged to our palate, this Bourbon is balanced, mellow, complex, and never blended. A Single Barrel Bourbon unlike anything else.

OLD FASHIONED
1 1/2 oz Barrel Project Bourbon
1/4 dropper of woodland bitters
1/4 dropper of orange peel bitters
Splash of simple syrup
Orange and cherry garnish
Add simple syrup, bitters, cherry, and slice of orange to bottom of the glass and mash them. Add large ice cube and pour whisky on top. Garnish with a twist of orange slice.
