You’ll love this respectful nod to a gone-but-not-forgotten favorite from the past: Old Tom Gin. Our classic gin is aged in brand new American oak barrels for up to six months, resulting in a beautiful marriage between spicy botanicals and sweet oak. This is a versatile and complex gin that can be subbed for whisky in an Old Fashioned or sipped with mint with a splash of soda.

1 1/2 oz Spirit Hound Barrel Finished Gin
1/2 oz tart cherry syrup
3/4 oz Earl Grey Syrup
2 oz Oat Milk
Lemon twist garnish
Add all ingredients except oak milk to shaker, add ice, and shake. Pour into old fashioned (rocks) glass, straining near the end if there is too much ice to leave room for oat milk. Top with oat milk, giving a quick stir to mix. Garnish with expressed lemon twist
